On Sunday afternoon, March 6th, singer/songwriter/pianist Annie Moscow will perform an afternoon of all original music.  Annie Moscow has composed for film, television and a variety of recording artists ranging from Sarah Vaughn to Sister Sledge to Mickey Mouse.   She is a touring musician and writes and performs regularly for the Herberger Lunchtime Theater where she is going on her eighth season. An eclectic jazz/pop influenced writer, her music has been compared to Billy Joel, Stephen Sondheim and Laura Nyro. Moscow will be joined on stage by powerhouse musicians:  Stan Sorenson on guitar, Felix Sainz on bass, Michael Mulryan on violin and Don Cooper on drums and percussion.
Stan Sorenson, jazz/rock guitarist has performed locally and internationally, working with such greats as Nancy Wilson, Rosemary Clooney, Vic Damone, Jeffrey Osborne, The Fifth Dimension, Jimmy Smith, George Benson, Joey DeFrancesco.  Felix B. Sainz, Jr. is an in-demand bass & classic guitarist in the Valley has performed with a multitude of artists in local, regional, national, and international venues.  Don Cooper, drummer/percussionist is new to town from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where he played with the Hard Rock band, Crash Alley, Austin Singer-Songwriter Victoria Pennock and and the comedy music duo, The Cartwright Brothers.  Michael Mulryan a classically-trained violinist and improviser extraordinaire, performs regularly around the greater Phoenix area.
